How To Write A Proper Research Paper In 5 Days

Writing a proper research paper in five days, is not as hard as one would think. Spending two to three hours a day, and working it step by step, a 4000 word essay could be done in 3 to 5 days. It really depends on how fast the student can read and write/type. If you have any doubts, try this system and see how it works.

  1. Day 1
  2. Day 2
  3. Day 3
  4. Day 4
  5. Day 5
  • Day 1
  • Use the proper formula to develop the topic; Primary and secondary processes. The primary process is to use; what is familiar, strong belief, or Most knowledgeable subject. Then Evaluate them for workability. Once the subject is found, work on the topic, any subject is going to give many topics to write about. Whatever time is left, start on Day 2.

  • Day 2
  • Using the two notepad method, start the research, recording notes on one notepad, and references on the second. Remember references must be taken as they would be put in the bibliography. And one reference per every 100 to 150 words.

  • Day 3
  • Outline the paper. Make the outline that will be worked off from, starting at outlining the introduction, then the body, and finally the conclusion. List what references will be used where, and what ideas are going to be covered where. The references and coverages should tie in together. Organize the notes and the references to fit both the paper, and the style that the paper will be written in. Any time left, start on Day 4.

  • Day 4
  • Today is writing day! Following the outline, start writing the paper. With all the notes organized, and the outline pointing to where they go, shut everything off from the student, and focus on writing. Get everything down so it looks good, and sound coherent. Use any tricks that the student has learned to make the paper, even stronger, and more consistent. Use a strong catch line in the introduction, and a solid closing line in the conclusion.

  • Day 5
  • Today is going to be a pain. This is edit and rewrite day. Go through every aspect of the paper and look for any errors; grammar, spelling, word usage, everything. Rewrite any errors to clean them up on the paper. Then add the bibliography to the end of the paper. Make sure it is properly formatted to the style guide, and correct it if not.
